NuevoSol Plantas, is a company founded in 2001, it is owned by R.A. Meredith & Son Nurseries of the United Kingdom and Florecot S.A. producer of fresh cut flowers in Ecuador.
Its production is dedicated completely to exporting rooted and unrooted cuttings, offering more than 1,300 varieties at the moment.
In 2005 we started production from our new facility; 5000 sqm of totally insect proof greenhouse, which ensures no pest problems with our cuttings, plus a reduction in the use of pesticides. By 2008 we have expanded to a 15000 sqm facility.
The nursery is located in Tabacundo in the valley of Cayambe, at 2850 meters over sea level in the Ecuadorian Andes. Perfect weather conditions stable trough out the entire year allows us to produce all year round.
